Our Founder
Skyler Plott
Skyler is a lifelong Central Pennsylvania native, graduating from Susquehanna Township in 2018 before continuing his education at California University of Pennsylvania. After a brief time in college, Skyler recognized that his ambitions extended beyond the traditional academic path and chose to pursue the life he had long envisioned.
He went on to launch multiple real estate ventures, specializing in fix-and-flips, building a rental portfolio, and hosting a real estate education podcast. Along the way, Skyler developed a deep appreciation for golf—and the challenges that make the game so compelling.
By combining his entrepreneurial experience with his passion for golf, Skyler founded Capital Greens Golf Simulator, creating a space that reflects both his business expertise and love for the game.
